Blade & Metal Policy
Wikas Printing and Carriers Pvt. Ltd. has a duty to its customers to provide safe and quality packaging material. This duty is drawn from our company values.
Blade policy ensures that piece of the broken blade that can injure people & damage packaging material shall be controlled and prevents the blade from going inside the packaging material. Use blades at required places shall have holders in a proper light position. Do not keep blades in loose conditions anywhere in the plant, No blades shall be left lying around the machine.

Personal Hygiene Policy
Personal Hygiene Requirements, all personnel working in the Production Area are expected to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness. Keep fingernails clean and neatly trimmed. Nail-polish is not permitted in the inspection area. You must wear a protective hair cap in the inspection area. There must be no exposed or loose hair protruding from under a cap.
For female workers, wedding bands without stones or settings are allowed, which should be completely covered by clothing (Aprons). Allow the wearing of a flat band wedding ring only if it cannot be removed, and that it is taped up even if being worn under gloves.

Product Handling Policy
Hygienic Handling of Products.
Conduct:
Eating, drinking, and chewing in the production area are not allowed. Spitting is not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
Floor:
Do place any material on the floor unless proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures have been performed. If the product makes contact with the floor, it must be deemed unclean and placed in the scrap bins Do not place cardboard boxes or bags on the floor. Keep these on skids, Racks of the pallet.
Glass Policy
The glass should be eliminated in all production areas wherever this is possible Where glass does exist, consideration shall be given to protecting the glass from breakage or containing the glass and preventing product contamination. Unless for maintenance or replacement the transfer of glass into or through a production area is prohibited.
A risk assessment will take place to determine the potential product safety risks and determine an appropriate inspection frequency. A survey will be carried in all production areas to register any glass breakage you Glass verification checklist. The checklist should be reviewed and updated at least annually or whenever the changes are observed

Tobacco & Pan Masala Prohibited
To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards WIKAS observes a Tobacco and Pan Masala Prohibited policy through which any kind of Pan Masala, Tobacco or any such sort of consumables which cause littering in the premises is strictly prohibited.
