  • For custom-printed products, we will share the design for your approval before production begins. Once approved, the order moves to production and cannot be changed.
Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are confirmed at the time of quotation and may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and, for export orders, shipping or customs charges may apply.
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before production begins.
Delivery
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays may sometimes occur due to factors outside our control, such as logistics or customs.
Custom Designs
  • If you provide a logo or design for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
  • We may decline to print any design that is unlawful or inappropriate.
Quality & Returns
  • We carry out quality checks during production.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
  • Custom-branded or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
